Danielle Stockhorst, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner & Primary Provider
Danielle is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has proudly served the community since 2016. She earned her MSN from Angelo State University in 2014 and completed her DNP at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2023, with doctoral work focused on obesity management in rural primary care.
She is dedicated to preventive care, evidence-based practice, personalized treatment plans, and rural health outcomes rooted in compassion, integrity, and respect. Danielle also serves as adjunct faculty in the MSN program at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

Administrative Assistant
Kim is dedicated to providing exceptional patient service and creating a welcoming healthcare experience. She supports patient relations, scheduling, insurance verification, and daily office administration.
